About Alex Alfonso

Alex Alfonso has worked on Palm Beach Island since 2015, beginning his career as an Estate Manager overseeing high-end private residences. His experience includes the management and care of luxury homes, oceanfront residences, household operations, maintenance, vendors, and construction and improvement projects.

In 2021, Alex created Sea Homes Management with a simple philosophy: personal relationships, trust, and exceptional attention to detail.

The company is built around knowing each home inside and out — not simply responding when something goes wrong. We learn the property, its systems, its history, its vendors, and the individual preferences of each homeowner.
